2010

– Conducted women-led small business startup program
– Conducted oriental beauty program in Korean Medicine Museum
– Participated in MBC documentary program, episode of “Nuruk”
– Opened ‘Makgeolli Fermentation Therapy’ class

2011

– Conducted ‘Makgeolli Adventure’ program for foreigners (2011~2013)
– Participated in Small Business EXPO

2012

– Opened ‘Busan Brewing School’
– Conducted ‘Korean traditional drinks’ class in Agricultural Technology Center

2013

– Established corporation of fermentation culture school, ‘Yeonyojae’
– Awarded participation prize in Creative Venture Competition held by Korea Tourism Organization
– Opened ‘Busan Makgeolli School’ (10-week course)

2014

– Certified as a venture company by Korea Technology Finance Corporation
– Awarded ‘outstanding small business’ prize by Small and Medium Business Administration
– ‘Busan, walk the best’ program was selected as a premium tour course
– Designated as a Busan traditional experience site
– Opened Busan brewing school. ‘Cheongju’ class, beer class and ‘Soju’ class

2015

– Designated as the 11th Drinks training institute by Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs
– Designated as a Tourism Venture Company by Korea Tourism Organization
– Held the 1st Yeonyojae reunion event

2016

– Certified as a regional social enterprise in Busan
– Established Makgolli brewery ‘Hansandoga’
– Opened the institute-first ‘Juansang (a traditional table with alcoholic beverages and food) school’
– Opened the institute-first traditional bistro ‘Anjoong’
– Participated in Taiwan MICE Fair
– Participated in promotion of Osaka Cruise in Japan
– Participated in Beijing Tourism Fair

2017

– Registered trademark of drinks theme tour ‘Soolloroad’ and other 4 cases and obtained a patent
– Awarded ‘Proud Korean Prize’ for traditional drinks section
– Awarded grand prize for medicinal food section in Republic of Korea International Culinary Competition
– Awarded by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in Fermentation Food Contest
– Conducted ‘Young Fermentation Project’ in youth-led startup program hosted by Busan Nam-gu’s Youth Power Station
